Course Overview
It is designed to give students perspective about the various aspects
through which personality and morals develop. It aims to impart the
knowledge about how to work on personality changes and aims to cause
a basic awareness about the significance of an all-round developed
personality. Soft skills and personality development will help students
comprise of pleasant and appealing personality traits as self-confidence,
positive attitude, emotional intelligence, social grace, flexibility,
friendliness and effective communication skills.

Introduction to Soft Skills has allowed the students to strengthen
themselves from within and develop an understanding of “who they are”.
Soft skills and Personality Development will focus on personal
management, grooming, health, nutrition, and soft skills. This course
aims to give awareness about the various dynamics of personality
development to facilitate students in attaining the capacity to learn and
form good peer relationships, behavior, and language. Through this
course, students can go through all five key growth domains of good
personality (education, spiritual, physical, emotional, and social). Post its
completion, it will further facilitate the students who have garnered the
skills and subject with expertise, a wide variety of opportunities for
students to handle the working industry with excellent efficiency.
Students will be able to present themselves as to how best they can come
across as competent individuals in any given situation.
